Thankfulness

Never expect gratitude, but always express appreciation. You will be constantly disappointed if you are expecting gratitude from people for whatever you do. Your hard work is most likely appreciated, but few people will have the sensitivity to say anything to you about it. Most people won’t even stop to consider that anyone is responsible. They will just enjoy the benefits of your labor without any expression or thankfulness.

You can learn a valuable lesson from the people who never convey their gratitude. Don’t be like that. Express your appreciation when someone does something for you. It may be an employee, or a waiter, or a family member. Throughout your entire day, people are engaged in activities that help you in some way. Develop the habit of expressing your gratitude to them. (And while you’re at it, remember to thank God for all that he continues to do for you.)

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High. it is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening. Psalm 92:1-2

To my friends who helped me this weekend in the rain, I thank you so much!!! You are true friends! So many have walked away, you rode out the storm along side me. Make God’s blessings be greatly upon you! Once again I thank you and I love you much!!!!
